We weren't using those 170s because we didn't have the staffing for them. Unlike compass, who were using those 170s and therefore have less flying because of the subtraction.

Does republic have a hiring process where if you apply with less than 1000 hours, you can interview and if successful they can offer you a job.
Air Wisconsin has something similar.

I believe that applies to students who are enrolled in 141 school.
I did my part 61 years ago and I have a FT flying job now.
They will credit I believe up to 200 hours of flight time before reaching 1500

What's the training footprint for someone who already has an e170 type? About 4 months interview to IOE? Also I heard a rumor of a new crew base opening, would that send new hires to the new base and extend reserve time in LGA/EWR? Also are any contracts expiring soon on flying especially Dalta flying, with the mainline C series planes supposed to replace regional flying in some places ? Really thinking of jumping ship at CP but don't want it to blow up in my face in 6 months at Republic
