Are those fees per segment, per trip, or per year?

Per year. Those are initial fees. On united each leg is usually $36 for your family and friends. Free for you.

Also, the company reimburses you up to $100 for travel benefits. If you only buy $50 of benefits, you'll only get $50 from the company; if you buy $100+ you'll get $100 back.

It was mostly IFR procedures and regulations.

As others have said, the Sheppard Air prep will get you ready for the written. The technical was very very simple, basic IFR stuff, reading approach plates. HR was very straightfoward. Why Republic? Why should we hire you? Tell me about a time, etc.

If you haven't already, sign up for aviationinterviews.com and read the Republic gouges on there and you will be more than prepared.
