"We are getting close to implementation...". Yay!! Well that only took a year and a half. So maybe in another year we'll have full implementation.

3.Once a senior line holder is a crash pad needed? It will be a one leg commute for me for Lga, DCA

How hard is it to find a decent clean pad?

Thanks

DCA for the win. I paid around $250 for a pad when I was based there 2 years ago. Plenty of pads at the Buchanan right in Crystal City. Close to the metro and terminal is the next stop over. Nice days it's only a 10 minute walk to the airport. If your on reserve one can hop the metro to the national mall and eat up a whole day at the museums.

They seem to outline the training process and pay pretty well on their website: Republic Airline Pilot Jobs

All hotel stays associated with republic training/ctp/fti are paid for and are single occupancy.

Not sure about pay though as it was different when I went through training and I didn't do the ctp course.

You are not an employee until day one of Indoc. First 30 days are stipend of $400/wk after taxes.

So does that mean if you do not need ATP CTP you start at 40.00 at Indoc?

First month of training (starting with Indoc) is the weekly stipend for everyone. Second month starts MMG at $40/75hrs.
