Where do you guys do your ATP/CTP course?

Also, how many hours do you average a month/year? And how is the upgrade time looking now?

I think it’s done at aerosim in Dallas. My friends did it there.

I’ve flown 820 hours in the past 12 months. EWR based. I’ve had a line for 11 of those months. But I averaged 15 days off and I didn’t pick much up.

I’m still on pace for a 2.5 year upgrade award. Meaning training will start at around 2.75 years longevity. But they really need to hire more on the back end to keep up with the people leaving.

ATP/CTP could be in house or via a vendor/other airline. They will tell you once your scheduled.

I'm on reserve but have picked up trips and essentially built myself lines for the last two months. This month I'm crediting 112hrs from July 1st through the 20th and I still have 7 reserve days available through the end of the month. However, I cut my days off in half to 6...

I'm doing the in house ATP/CTP which consists of 4 days of ground school in Indy and then 4 days at Flight Safety Cincinnati and then the written test back in Indy.

Are you going to be running up against a Part 117 limit? That's a lot of time for only 20 days. You might get back some of those days off eventually if they can't use you due to a limit!
