Several posters commented on red flag pay. It's very rare and normally happens if they need a short notice trip covered. You will get a call offering red flag pay for that trip. Really only works if you're in base. They cannot, and will not offer above red flag pay.

April and may saw 2-3 classes per month, 29-31 new hires per class. June had only 1 class, about 20. July back to 2 classes, class sizes in the 20s. Several new hires in those classes through the Company ATP-CTP.
