Apologies for sounding cocky, not my intention, just would like facts, not rumors, and hearsay. So can we get a list of the bad things hidden in the RAH new TA?

You only get per diem while on a trip, and you certainly are not starting a trip at 0001 day one of reserve and ending at 2359 at the end of it. A realistic average for per diem is 250 hours a month for both a reserve and line holder.
If I was implying that you were paid per Diem from start to finish of your reserve period I would have said that you could expect to get 450 hours of per Diem because that roughly is how long they own you here per 31 day month.

250/24 is roughly 10.5 solid days away from base. I am guessing you don't work at Republic. Our reserves are used everyday (almost). It has been a few years since I have been on reserve but for me I would bid 6 day blocks because I commuted and all but one time I was out the entire 6 days. With only 12 days off in a 31 day month (19 days of reserve) I garentee you that they will use you more than a solid 10.5 days.

As a line holder I am currently on a 4 day that is 85:23 TAFB. If I did 4 of these trips a month (which I usually do) that would be about 341 TAFB.

This is the truth at republic but your airline might be different.

You must not be on the Shuttle side.

Again your math/logic is a bit off. No one starts a trip at 0001 and ends at 2359 to get a "solid" day at the beginning and end of trip, so you can't simply multiply or divide numbers by 24.

Also reserves aren't always doing 4 day trips. I know reserves fly all the time, at every regional, but you aren't getting per diem when you come back home every night to your crash pad.

RAH's outstation schedules actually get pretty close to this. 0500 starts and near-midnight finishes are the norm, even on 2-day trips.

Yea but if you do 5 day trips instead one 5 day trip you are getting roughly half the per diem.

I was just stating that the numbers posted aren't 100% accurate. If someone wants to know what they are going to make it's simple. Hourly Rate x Monthly Guarantee x 12. There's no guarantee they will make more than that and per diem is going to very greatly.

You are correct. The shuttle side is much better. On the YX side if you have a block of 5 days of reserve starting at 3 am you can bet that you will get a call to fly/deadhead on a 5:30 flight out of the outstation on day one of reserve and they will not get you back to base until as late as possible on day 5. The YX side is very understaffed.

I see what you are saying. I realized that I am speaking from an outstation point of view. If you are based in one of the hub cities you might get back to base at night.
