Republic Airline Inc. Is now owned in the form of common shares by American, United, Delta and the former Unsecured Creditors Committee. With the airlines owning 63%, UCC 37%. The Board of Directors has changed in which Bedford is no longer the Chairman.

No pilot was laid off, no pilot took pay cuts, hiring never stopped (still not good enough though), we didnt close all bases....

I am still shivering at the doomsday scenarios a few economy professors on here predicted for us...

Because that's how they decided to reorganize it and the plan was accepted by the court.
