One of the best reasons
To come to Rjet I heard tonight from an AA pilot. Everyone at Republic seems to enjoy working there. No matter who you meet everyone is genuinely happy to go to work every day.

I know you are told great things while in training but it is disconnected from reality and you need to wake up. |
If you don't like it that much why are you still here? Plenty are hiring, maybe you need to share with one of them your outlook on life.

This is the way I see it and I can opine as I desire. Good luck with your choice. Fly the line for a year and all of this gusto for your regional airline wears off. We’re all being under-compensated doing the same job as every other regional pilot. Scheduling will still screw you in a heart beat. Payroll still messes stuff up. At the end of the day none of our contracts are as good as a mainline or LCC contract. |

One piece of advice for all new hires - reserve your opinion on how fantastic or terrible your company is until after six months on the line. At the very least you'll have more credibility in your statement.
