Position in reserve queue and scheduling app
Been poring over this forum for a while today and still don't have these answers, so I figured I'd ask:
Some airlines let people on reserve see where they are on the call-out list, thus giving some indication as to their probability of being called on any given day. Does Republic have a system like this?
Also, does Republic have any kind of app to allow pilots to see their schedule and where they need to be at any given time?
Thanks for any help.

Yes and yes.
The reserve availability report lies a lot though (like A LOT).
The app is pretty good though.

In any case, I like the idea that there is at least some visibility into reserve allocations and one's schedule. I generally have no problem being somewhere at a given time, provided I'm notified clearly enough.

I suppose the report lies because management takes liberties in who they call, which would imply that either the contract does not preclude that or they're just violating the contract.

Well they certainly do that but there are also technical issues with the software and showing reserves where they should be.
