To be frank, they are all 2 star hotels at best with the "ocho" being closest to a 1 star. The suites in fact used to be a Cambria suites until they lost the name due to quality issues. However, given first-hand reports of all three hotels the Suites is consistently the best while the Ocho is the worst. The only perk to the Ocho is that they provide some meals and some crappy beer but I could not see eating the same thing every day.
My advice:
1) initially the travel department sets you up for travel, picks the hotel, etc. When that responsibility is transferred to you later, pick the Suites. It's the best of the lot.
2) Always call the hotel a couple days ahead of your arrival date to confirm the reservation. I arrived for EFPTs only to discover that the confirmation code I was given was basically worthless and they were booked due to a convention that was in town. Some phone calls were made and it was discovered a couple people didn't show up for training so I got a room anyway, but for 15 minutes there it was looking like I'd have to book another room on my own outside of town and chase down travel to pay for it.

Most recent classes seemed to have 6-8 weeks off, based on another thread.
