I seriously doubt they would invest any additional money on new hires. Currently they’re not hurting for new hires, but that could change if we get additional flying. If we don’t get any additional FFD flying by this summer, we will be over staffed for FOs.

Thanks for the replies fellas. I fly with a lot of guys who are 121 civilian, and Republic came as a good recommendation / option. The RTP would make them a good contender - and they're the only airline domiciled out of MCI.
