Republic training pay
I am considering putting in an application to Republic in the next 6 months. I can’t find any information on what they pay you during training.

For the first 30 days you’ll be paid $60/day. After that you get paid the contract minimums of 75 hrs per month @ $45.68 per hour. While you’re in training you will also receive 24 hour per diem at $2.15 per hour. Hope this helps in your decision.

Also $1,500 bonus on first check, $8,500 when finished with IOE, and $2,500 three times spread out over a time period that I don’t remember.

AeroCrewNews has a matrix in the back of their issues which is pretty accurate for stuff like this.

I'm at TT900 but I'm working two jobs this summer and will be to 1400 by the end of the summer or sooner. I'm trying to plan my finances so I have the money to make it threw getting to captain at whatever airline I end up at, but am heavily leaning towards Republic.

So am I correct in saying the first month I get $60 a day + (Per diem $2.15 X 24hrs =$60 per day) so a total of $120 a day and the $1500 bonus in the first check.
Total 1st month compensation would be around $3900. This is with the assumption that training is M-F? |

If you have no training delay, that's about right. Per Diem is only $1.95/hr.
