Republic Airlines interview?

Hi, I am currently a flight instructor with RATP privileges and I am close to my ATP mins. and planning to join the Republic Airlines Cadet Program. Anyone has an idea on what to expect or how to prepare for the interview since I would not like to fail it.

Did the interview in late 2016. Bombed the TAF (Southerner guy given a blizzard to decode) and I still passed. But with the backlog of class dates they might be picky.

Here's how mine went.

Logbook Review
HR Portion
Technical Questions
Decode METAR/TAF
Jepp Plate
My questions

Good luck!

I don’t know if you’ll be asked atp questions or not. Maybe re read some information on that. If you really wanna be good to go you could pay for something like https://www.aviationinterviews.com. They should have all the questions or at least most of the questions that will be asked. Even this is probably overkill for what you want. Know your instrument stuff and know Jeppesen plates.

This is a good resource but keep in mind that a LOT of the answers listed are incorrect. (or they were a year and a half ago when I was looking at it). Take the questions and find your own answers.
