The FAA has pretty vague requirements for SPOT. See: https://www.faa.gov/documentLibrary/media/Advisory_Circular/AC_120-35D.pdf
From my understanding, this training is constructed from data provided by LOSA’s and FOQA. Think of it as areas of operation that need additional training or areas of operation that aren’t proficient.

LOLOLOL. How can you spot a Skypest pilot? Keep talking about flying the 170 and they’ll let you know they fly the “175” #mainline

Well, Embraer also calls it the 175 and since it manufactures and markets it, maybe they know what they're doing. Who cares that the type is 170 and the marketing name of this version of the 170 is 175.

It’s a 170-200.
Also, the 170-200 is a dog performance-wise compared to the -100. Bragging about flying the 1-7-5 is like being proud of your beer gut. Murcia.
At the end of the day, it’s just another RJ, and we’re all #rjscum.

Who cares about it's performance, we are not paid to race or beat altitude records.

Whoa there buddy. Take a step back from the keyboard. Don’t need you having an aneurism here.
Maybe you should take the Internet a little less seriously. Probably be good for your health.
