How far out are the class dates ?
Hello guys and gals,
I'm new to the website and decided to apply to republic. Anyone know how far out the class dates are? Any advice on interviewing and what to expect? And how likely is it to get Miami based ?

Classes are available almost immediately after receiving a job offer. Interview is broken into HR (tmaat), technical IFR questions, some regulations, and Jepp chart knowledge. The whole interview process is pretty laid back and everyone there is very welcoming. MIA is senior but from what I hear attainable after about 6 months. Good luck!

Almost immediately right now for class dates, they are calling people with future class dates and offering them earlier dates if they can meet mins. A guy from my work just got the call to go next week instead of his November date.

If “classes” are available immediately how long does it take to get through all the training, on average? For example- SkyWest goes 6 straight weeks and then off to IOE pretty soon after that. I know a pilot at SkyWest, from the very first day of class to beginning actual work on reserve at his base took exactly 3 months. How long would Republic realistically take from day 1 of class to beginning day 1 of work at your base? TIA
