1.Opinion of the long-term health of the company? (next 5-10 years)

2.Reserve min call out time. 2 hours?

3.How do vacation days work (hours used per dropped day)/when you use them do they drop the whole trip?

4.Decent hotels?

I can't speak to a whole lot of the questions since I just got here but as for the training footprint for me it took 2 months and 5 days. Never had any repeats of anything but also never encountered a delay due to sim availability or anything. The instructors are all pretty great and the training really isn't that bad, AQP makes it super manageable. As for IOE there was a bit of a backup, I waited 22 days after my LOE for my first trip. That may have been because I finished my LOE really close to Xmas and no check airmen wanted to work over the holidays so that time may be going down or holding consistent I don't know. Just my experience with the training process, hope this helps.

Hey all, getting close to going to a regional and wanted to know how quickly someone could get SDF or IND out of training and how long reserve times are currently in those two bases? Thanks in advance.

You're not an employee yet with Republic when you go through ATP-CPT. All times are based on your hire date which will occur after that on your first day if INDOC.

Ok thanks just trying to get a timeframe of the whole training including ATP. I understand times can vary depending on availability of sims or delays. Thanks
