Default New CBA

What’s the word on the street about Republic’s current CBA? When does it expire? When does it become amendable?

Early opener started today. They are actively negotiating the next 2-3 months.

Any idea what they are trying to negotiate for new pay rates?

Double digit pay raise across the board, 401k direct contribution, and commuter hotels.

They’re gonna need every bit of it to retain any pilots. The legacies are going to be hiring like never before.

Management knows they need to focus on retention. We’re steel negative attrition.

It doesn’t make sense to stay here with the retirement packages at mainline. Literally millions of dollars ahead elsewhere.

Yet there are probably a large portion of the lifers here because of the outstations. Hate em or love em, some people never want to leave their 40 acres, and a career at YX allows the outstation lifers to live very comfortably without commuting.

Absolutely agree. I’m not faulting anyone for staying.
