Closing in on 1500 and Republic is high on my list. For those currently there, would you recommend it for a new hire? I'm in my early 30's and would be able to move to assigned base; would like MCI, if possible, out of training.
Any insights about Republic would be great. Yes, I've dug through the previous threads. Thanks in advance.

Yes, good place to go and get your time. However, the longer you stay, the more likely a disgruntled 18-20 year check airman who’s ****ed off they never went anywhere will ding you on something. So, get in and get out as quickly as you can.

Is this a recurring issue unique to Republic versus other regionals? Trying to find a company with descent reserve and upgrade times and also a good place to be if the music stops.

Don’t know about other regionals because this is the only regional i’ve worked at. Maybe I just got bad luck with that but it seems like those are the types I draw at training events. I could tell you stories, but obviously not in a public forum. This and dealing with Scheduleing been the main motivations for me to leave. Ask someone else and you’ll get a totally different answer.

Why do you think they'll fail to continue to grow and expand? I thought more Compass planes were coming 2020? What red flags do you foresee?
