exactly, at some point patience hardwork and fortitude like everything else in life should pan out. At some point these mainlines have got to realize the value in hiring republic pilots. flying a sophisticated fly by wire aircraft in all weather scenarios 121 crm
environments to me ought to be a golden boon.

What do you mean at some point? Do you not realize they are already hiring Republic pilots? At a good clip?

that's exactly my point.NO they are not hiring republic pilots at a good clip. I know score of pilots here with 4 year degrees
and thousands of hours that don't get phone calls! IF it could ever be proven that we were not being hired for business reasons as a collective we would have a case

This right here is the most interesting topic. I know people at Republic that should of been picked up by now and they have not been called. Also I know people who have done the AVIATE program and already have CJOs with United and they don’t even have 2000hrs yet. So big issue here especially with the Legacies new programs in place for hiring

And yet you never really know what lurks in those pilots training histories, checkride histories, violations, GPA, whatever. You can’t assume everyone is squeaky clean.
