Default Junior FO Block Time and Days Off

What is the current Junior FO average Block Time per month and how many days off are you averaging?

Any base in particular? The average FO line is 87 hours of credit in February so I would estimate average block around 80.

I was surprised by a lot of the junior FO lines having well above guarantee and 14-15 days off. I can get you more specific numbers if you narrow it down to one or two bases.

Looking at IND or SDF in particular and also how long it’s taking to hold a Line? Thanks!

IND is generally pretty well-staffed. Looks like the junior lineholders are 1/19 hires and are seeing 14-16 days off with 70-90 block hours. There are also pretty junior guys with almost 100 hours block and 12 days off or 17 days off blocking low 70s. It's mostly up to their bidding preference.

Junior lineholder in SDF is a 9/19 hire, probably a month or two out of training. Similar days off as IND but maybe slightly more productive trips? Looks like the guys that are willing to pick up the shorter trips (generally non-commuters) are, as you would expect, able to hold more days off with more flying. I hope this helps!

Really appreciate it! Just trying to see what the best reserve times are and best line schedules between those the two bases and any changes that comes their way

IND CA: 2/16 lineholder, junior CA is a 5/18 hire.
SDF CA: 12/15 but reserve coverage looks to be much thinner and junior lineholder will likely be 6/16 next month. Last award has an 8/18 upgrade coming in.

These dates are all based off hire date correct?
