1. No furloughs for now.
2. Reduced line values to 72-82 hours for next 2 months.
3. Pay protection if you get COVID
4. No SAP for 2 months.
Those are the key points. If this blows over, I would suspect hiring to resume for the summer. If we end up shutting down domestic air travel, then all bets are off.

Literally the second line says no reduction to MMG! We waived the right to 11.3 which would have forced the reduced lines.

Its furlough mitigation clause of the CBA. Basically the company can reduce the line construction values to between 72-82 hours. This negates the need to furlough or reduces the number of pilots furloughed. Seems like management is working to “do the right thing”, but it’s much too early to tell. UA just announced a 50 percent reduction for April and May schedules, so I expect a second MOU.

So it sounds like we're expecting a roughly 20-25% reduction in flying overall for April, based on the guidance we've gotten from our union. It honestly could be a lot worse.
The breakdown is 15% for United (which we already have pairings for), 20-30% for AA and Delta.
In order to construct as many lines as possible, it sounds like pairings will be constructed primarily as 1-2 day trips.
