We're already stretched thin right now. Only thing the Wu Tang Flu does is make it easier for most of us to enjoy our summer.

Keep the hiring going, stockpile, don't fear the reaper. We'll need all hands on deck whether it's now or later.

If your freak out about 3-5% reduced flying for a few months then your in the wrong business. Airlines are very cyclical. Up’s and Downs.. i haven't seen anyone make it through a airline career without some hardship at one point...

2-3% reduction in flying for April and May. BUT, that’s just for UA. If DL and AA follow suit, which they most likely will, expect even further reductions.

Believe what you want, but furloughs are certainly going to happen if this lasts through the summer. Companies can’t afford to pay people to sit around and do nothing while their revenue falls off a cliff.

Apparently you weren’t around during the other viral freak-outs. Did I miss the furloughs at those times?

A 2% reduction in flying and a 2% fatality rate.
Coincidence?
