Essentially saves the jobs of the ~900 pilots who were issued furlough notices by putting them on 10 duty days with 32.5hr MMG and full benefits. For the ~400 CA’s who were issued downgrade notices they hold the left seat and are at 10 duty days with 45 hour MMG (approximately equal to full time pay in the right seat).
For everyone else not issued notices, there is no MMG reduction, will allow open time pickup above 82 hours, and slightly enhanced voluntary leave at 50 hours per month and full benefits.
This is all assuming no CARES round 2 (separate provisions if it passes) and sunsets 3/31/21.
