I'm in no particular hurry since I won't come off active duty until December when I retire. Should have my ATP and 1600TT/750 ME by then, so sounds like my timing might be pretty good.
Keep updating your hours on airline apps and every time you do republish your app from the addendum page. Also make sure to update other important things like new medical dates, passport, etc. If any of those expire your application will be auto-denied by the program.

Thank you, totally forgot that Republic had the resume upload option on the addendum page.

Anyone heard a recent update on what kind of timeline they're looking at for assigning class dates to previous CJOs who didn't have a class date prior to Covid? The radio silence has been a little frustrating. I sent an hours/experience update to my recruiter in hopes that I would get some kind of idea of what to expect, but basically got a "thanks for the update" response with nothing else.

Most of the flights are full, commuting is borderline impossible again, airports are packed, we have more planes on property than we did pre-covid, we are expecting to surpass 2019 block hours this summer, newhire training is in full swing, upgrades are happening and attrition is really picking up as a lot of people are leaving to LCC's. All we need now is contract negotiations to fire up again and a crew scheduling/planning department that actually knows what they are doing.

Oh, and SAP is gone.

I spoke with a recruiter a couple of days ago and was told that they’re already filling August classes. There are still quite a few CJO holders waiting for a class so it’ll probably be a while before anyone off the street gets a class.

I'm one of those CJO holders waiting and with basically radio silence from the recruiting department. I sent an update with my hours several weeks ago in hopes of getting some idea of an expected timeline, and received what amounted to a "thanks for the update" instead. I'm sure they're super busy, but it's been frustrating to say the least, especially with the OTS recruiting ramping up and seeing ads everywhere.

I just finished a four-day trip for Delta, of our 14 legs only about two or three weren't full and the rest were. Just got my unofficial schedule for June and I'm down for 96 hours of block (airplane) time and 12 days off. Yeehaw!

If I were you I'd keep emailing the hiring department or your recruiter every other week or so, at the very least they'll know you're still interested. Two summers ago I had interviewed at PSA about a month before interviewing at Republic. PSA had given me a CJO. When I interviewed at Republic they told me they'd let me know either way regarding their hiring decision "by this Wednesday," just two days after my interview with them. Wednesday came and went. My recruiter at Republic wasn't responding to my phone calls and emails, so that Friday I emailed the recruiter I had worked with at PSA and accepted their job offer. Next Monday rolled around and I finally got a call from my recruiter at Republic with a job offer. I accepted it, called PSA back and told them I had decided to take another offer instead.

Hang in there! Squeaky wheel/candidate gets the grease and all that.
