Eh, I don't have anything against Envoy pilots in general, their management makes decisions the same as ours. No sense in making it personal. FFD is a cruel game in that there's rarely a winner without a loser.

In the end we are all pawns in a game that is much bigger than all of us. Base closures hurt pilots and flight attendants. It forces major life decisions which we are having happen to us in NYC right now. YX will become the dominant carrier in the Northeast and MQ must be on track to get the overwater certification done.

Does it give you comfort that ENY will probably close ORD at some point do to this decision in order to fulfill contracts that AAG and RAH have together? Everyone thinks this only happens to them when this is going throughout the entire regional industry. Grow up. This decision effects everyone in more than one way and it’s typically negative.

Furloughed guys and gals as well as those in the pipeline waiting for a class date: find something else. Wait for Skywest to start hiring again.
