I think that cert is for the flight school. Our union wouldn’t allow a 135 to be operated

Does your union contract specifically state that Republic Airways can’t own/operate a part 135 airline? Or that if they do, all flight must be flown my Unionized YX Members? I bet it doesn’t! It probably does for Part 121 but not Part 135.
