He said he’d bounce if a new contract didn’t happen, and I don’t think that’d be a lateral move at all. I imagine it would be pretty easy to sell the move, given he’ll be making double at just about any other regional. That’s a pretty substantial QOL improvement.

Bringing this thread back to the top because I wish I would have listened to those before me. This place is an absolute dumpster fire. Parking airplanes, no captains, and no flying for first officers. I have already left the company but wanted to put this out there as a WARNING for the next group of hopeful regional pilots. Recruiting and management will lie to your face just to get you inside those doors. Don’t fall prey, just like many of us have recently done over the last 8-10 months.

Bringing this thread back to the top because I wish I would have listened to those before me. This place is an absolute dumpster fire. Parking airplanes, no captains, and no flying for first officers. I have already left the company but wanted to put this out there as a WARNING for the next group of hopeful regional pilots.
