Anyone done the DEC virtual interview? Looking for some information on the virtual interview process? Thanks

Yeah it’s done on Teams and lasted about 45 minutes with an HR person and line captain.
A quick HR part with standard questions and then a tech portion. Basic stuff. Asked to read a Metar, determine if alternate was needed. Holding speed above 16,000ft, define hot spots, brief an approach, how would you react and what would you do with an inflight emergency. Other easy ones I can’t remember. Wasn’t hard, just a conversation really. I got a Jan class date.
