DCA base questions

Does anyone know how junior the DCA base it? I want to see if it is realistic to expect to get this as my base right out of training sense I live only about 45 mins from it.

Junior FO in DCA is a 07/05/22 hire.

There are two vacancies listed for May but things change all the time!
