Settle. He hasn't interviewed yet. That's what this forum is about.

No quick upgrade. If you want TPIC go to Ameriflight. If your goal is FEDEX then put your time in at a good regional with QoL.

If you want a quick upgrade that might fit into your window, look at Compass. With your time, you would be competitive. If you have a college degree. I think that it's pretty safe to say that we'll lose at least 130 pilots off the seniority list in the next six months. Maybe more if Delta can hire more than 300 in this first wave. There is something that was recently put out by Delta, that they believe they should have approval for more than the original 300 soon. At least 120 flows and at least 10 more to other airlines that are hiring.

If you do decide RAH, I only ask that you inform yourself first. I fly with many, many fo's hired within the last couple of years who do nothing but complain about the company. IMHO they waived all and any rights when they hired on knowing well what they were getting themselves into. With all the info that the local 357 and message boards put out, a new hire complaining is equivalent to a twenty something person today who smokes surprised to have lung cancer in twenty years.

Im wondering
What are the upgrade times and minimums
Could a new hire hold DEN or SDF
What kind of schedule do they fly

A little back ground information about myself 4100 TT 3200 part 135 and 500 121. 3700 SIC. Almost all Multi-turboprop with 400 in pistons part 91
Im with a 121 company now but only get about 400 hours a year so Im still over a year from upgrade and then it will take me two and a half years to get 1000 PIC once I do. Even with the slow build, would this be a good move

You ALWAYS accept an interview, because it always gives YOU the option of saying "no thanks."

They just announced what was called an industry leading TA on Friday. None of the details are public yet, lots of speculation by those who like to spread rumors. So take the interview and watch to see what happens. Make informed decisions, not ones based on what people who have an axe to grind have to say.

Commuting sucks!
