Republic New Hire Bonus?

Can anybody tell me about the new hire bonus. There is nothing about it on the Republic website but on the Republic APC quick notes it mentions a 24 month contract and $20K.

If anybody could provide the true details I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Pretty sure that is a training contract amount, not a bonus. Meaning you must stay there two years or you owe them a portion of that money back, pro-rated based on the amount of time you had left on the contract.

Yea, a 20k bonus would be nice! :)
And yes, that's the training note unfortunately! Where's the shortage?

And they are trying to enforce it. Attrition is terrible there.

Talk about a kick in the cojones. Thinking it's 20k for you, but it's 20k for the company.

If you want the E170, you have to sign the contract. You can fly the Q without a contract.

GoJet has a 5k signing bonus, no strings attached

Or you can go to TSA or Compass and make that 5K back and more in cancellation pay....
