Default SATR v.s. SFRA

Hello, I attend a flight school and a student asked what the difference is between a SATR and a SFRA. I couldn’t give him a good answer as the FARs/AIM don’t really dive that deep into both? Maybe someone else knows a quirk that makes these two types of airspace more distinguishable?

I always thought SFRA was the title for one particular SATR...specifically the one around DC.

However, I’m wrong a LOT (just ask my wife), so I should never be relied upon.

They are both under 14 CFR Part 93 (rulemaking is required) but under different Sub-Parts.
