A powerful tale, impeccably presented and no holds barred honest. So full of dramatic subplots, difficult at times to remain on topic. Which, for me, is what key structural shift(s) has the best chance to address similar gaps in the organization occurring at some other time and place. I'd have missed this, thank you both, a fine example of how a forum can serve.
