Have seen 2 reports the mention sudden drop in altitude, so doesn’t look good for finding anyone alive. RIP

This link has small video of the crash site in the distance, which also shows the terrain in the area.

I'm hearing that the decent rate was on the order of 20000 fpm or something crazy like that.

Default China Eastern 737 Crash

China Eastern 737 nosedive from FL300

No survivors.

If this turns into another MCAS event, by all rights Boeing should be finished.

I’m betting on another Germanwings…lawn darts from cruise tend to go that way lately.

No need to send a team of investigators. Hundreds of Facebook and Airliners dot Net crash investigators have already determined a cause of the crash. So far we have..

1. MCAS (it wasn’t a max)
2. Germanwings incident
3. Airframe fatigue
4. Rudder hard over
5. Terry wrists
6. Extreme turbulence
