Says investigation is "ongoing" but it has been strangely omitted from the NTSB database.

There is an FAA incident database that has a blurb saying the FAA determined it was pilot error, but the NTSB strangely quiet.

The NTSB preliminary states that the NTSB did not travel to the site.

so? It’s common for the NTSB not to travel to the site. Guess what is not common!

Go look at the list of incidents for April 2019, this incident is not listed. Try to look up this tail number in the NTSB database… nothing. Why is this not listed when so many other minor incidents are?

That seems highly irregular for a 121 accident involving an off-runway landing (ie crash)?

The NTSB prelim cites the lead investigator by name. One could always contact him directly, if one is truly worried the sky may fall.

Or that they would make the incident non searchable in the database. You can't even get it to come up using the investigation number.
