They had at least two things going for them. It's an air bus, so there's nothing to hit and it practically flies itself, and they're french. A fight between the french is a lot like tossing one ball of yarn to two kittens and saying "choose." Once again, even a fight between two frenchmen in the cockpit results in a loss. Go figure.
