I have a few questions???

how the hell can the HUD hit you on takeoff roll? Was he trying to kiss it? Why was it up?

Rest assured… The incident may wind its way through the Company’s ASAP/Safety/SMS Programs. Revised policies, processes, and procedures will be developed by the Safety Department. Then revisions will be presented to the various committees and groups. Then, through discussions, deliberations and votes changes for additional training may be recommended along with issuance company safety bulletin. Problem solved.
