In an effort to "410 it" the 3701 crew climbed the aircraft at a dangerously low airspeed, never allowing the aircraft to get up on the step in cruise. Other than a pure demonstration of extremely poor airmanship, a crew member who continuously calls me "dude" is cordially invited to sit in a F/A jumpseat.

Renslow had a couple of things going on at home which reinforces my human factors theory. If anyone would like my take on 3407 pm me.
