It was the only way to get the cat down off the pole, in a humane way. That day is now considered a holiday by swapa and will result in overtime pay after our next section 6.
Good first post.

“I was just in a plane crash!! Seriously. The pilot hit a light pole."

"Crash," "hit a light pole"?
Seriously?

"Oh my g#d, my car hit a curb! We are all gonna die!"

To the crew: file the ASAP, and good luck to you all.

As the old saying goes, "there are those who have, and those who will."

Good Luck

Yes, we are all destined to hit a light pole. Just imagine a career without an accident or incident. Get real.

Agreed. We are all human therefore, we all have the same probability of having an accident. The hope is that when it comes time for our accident..... we are already retired

At a pilot reunion, one old guy quipped: "I'm sure glad I retired before all these "wind shears" started happening!"

Some of us are less likey to take out objects as telephone poles, random airport vehicles or three yr old children at a gas station when choose not operate wrecklessly day to day. WN is very lucky they haven't killed or injured more over the years.
