Typically a crew of five or six. And typcially, they take everyone to the hospital - even if they appear OK. The fact they only took 3 doesn't bode well for the remaining crew. Our thoughts & prayers to the crew, their families, friends, and unit.

Latest news I've read it it was a Charlotte based crew, one confirmed dead. RIP
