I learned to fly at 4B8 many years ago. The approach to the south use to have level terrain unlike in the picture where you can be below the runway on final. They still have not released the identity of the pilot.

I have heard he was high on approach and slipping it in. There were thunderstorms close by which leads me to believe it could of been windshear.
