Default NTSB report out - April 2011

An NTSB reported stall mishap involving a AirNet Piper Navajo in Richmond, VA on April 11, 2011. Might be some good points to draw from this mishap. Mr. Carr is certainly lucky to be alive. 60% burns are often fatal!

New report cites pilot error as cause of RIC crash - NBC12.com - Richmond, VA News, Weather, Traffic & Sports

Seems to imply that he tried a fighter take-off but forgot his afterburners?

Sounds like CG shift initially, but the report specifically discards that possibility.
Night VMC, mechanically sound, pretty experienced pilot, etc...
