You have to pay for everything just to have the honor to work at RyanAir, Type rating, parking, ID and so much more.

You even Have to pay for an interview. Having said this, the pilot job situation is so bad in Europe, Ryanair still has over 8000 applications, mainly because they have been the main source of hiring in Europe for the past 5 years. Many other companies are starting to copy the Ryanair business model in order to compete. Things are going to the crapper out here.
