VP-CAZ Premier 1A Mar 4/13 crash-France
Bad timing as Beech is in the process of selling the Premier and Hawker lines, but another Premier 1A is down - this one on departure from Annemasse Airport, Rhone Alps, France.
Reported as 3 persons on board, 1 survivor - crashed in a field and hit a house just off runway 12.
Aircraft is RB-202 a 2007 Premier 1A - VP-CAZ destroyed in crash, last reported to be operated by Global Jet Concept of Luxembourg.

I am type rated in one and I used to fly it about 6 years ago. Those things do not have thrust reversers, single pilot, and manually deployed lift dump. It can be a hand full on landing on a contaminated runway. The aircraft I used to fly ran off the runway about a year after I left. Nobody injured but aircraft was totaled. They need to put trust reversers on that thing but it will put it over 12,500 and will require two pilots...

Is it possible the Premier that crashed in Georgia, USA on an aborted landing could have either had the lift dump deployed or the spoilers extended thus not being able to climb? Are there interlocks to prevent the throttles being advanced with the spoilers out?
