24 NOTAMs: ILS GP OTS, DME OTS, ALS OTS. These have all been NOTAMed OTS for a few weeks. They are doing some work on the North side of the runway.

Based on reports though 18 crash site makes sense too, especially the E. Lake reference you mentioned. I don't think they'd be landing 18 though.

Very sad new to wake up to, my thoughts are with all the UPS brothers and sisters, you guys save so many of us commuters. News outlets don't give enough coverage to cargo carriers when things go wrong, I wish this was all over the media as if it were a passenger aircraft.
