Not sure how this escaped APC attention a few weeks ago. Updated report:

And that's why I will hopefully never fly on any African airline. You should hear the stories from the Boeing instructors that have to go over and train them. Forget suicide, the pilots are scary ability wise.

Sad....when I read the initial report, this was my initial thought related to the probable cause.
