Question...

Not to belabor the point; but doesn't this incident, of late, sound eerily familiar... NTSB Monthly May 9th at Columbus, OH...

Flyhayes 06-08-2014 06:53 PM

Sounds like someone's in trouble....

Wow! This sounds VERY familiar... Talk about a small world! Good find Yoda2... It will be interesting to read the factual NTSB report in a few months....

Attitude is everything....

For those of us who are slow on the pickup...

eerily similar to what?

biigD 06-09-2014 05:57 AM

Small world indeed. Anyone know what the engine start crosswind limits are for a CJ4? Not to say that has anything to do with what happened here, but the strong quartering tailwind jumped out at me.

I seem to remember them being 12 knots in the CJ2, but it's been awhile.

Have a look at the pair of locked threads in the Legal section.

He has 3 now (all locked). Seems the "passenger" was operating the radios on this flight:D
