I'm in the IAD area and the local tv news is now reporting an aunt of the family said her niece and her 3 young children, including a 2 month old were at home at the time of the crash. Very sad for all involved, especially a few weeks before Christmas. :( RIP to all the victims.

A pilot with the same name (Michael Rosenberg) crashed a TMB 700 on approach (actually it was a failed landing/go-around) to the same airport in 2010 and walked away:
