National crash, NTSB synopsis
The following link is to the video of the NTSB's synopsis meeting of the National Airlines crash, NCR 102, on April 29th, 2013 where 7 crewmembers were fatally injured:
National Transportation Safety Board
The video is July 14th, 2015 and titled "Steep Climb and Uncontrolled Descent During Takeoff, Bagram Afghanistan". The video is the meeting of the NTSB's synopsis of the crash with a Power Point presentation. The official written report due to come out in 4-6 weeks.
National's response: http://www.freep.com/story/news/local/m ... /30127639/
"Mark Dombroff, a lawyer representing National Airlines, the parent company for National Air Cargo, said the carrier was "disappointed" in the outcome and believed additional investigation should have been performed to determine if an explosive device was involved. Investigators said there was no evidence explosives played a role in the crash.
"We don't agree with the probable cause that they found," Dombroff told the Free Press. "The investigation did not encompass what we would have expected."
He added that the company will wait to review the final report, which is yet to be issued in full, before deciding whether to ask the NTSB to reconsider its findings."

So how does Kalitta carry the mraps? when during the investigation Boeing says that the 747 can only carry one mrap safely and the some other weight/balance/performance provider says that none can be carried safely in a 747 aircraft?

Im not sure if anyone is hauling those vehicles anymore, other than the military. If so, Kalitta uses -400F, as oppose to the BCF that National was using. Flooring is different. They maybe able to lock them into the cargo system.
