I’m with cheddar here. Every time I show for work these days my enthusiasm meter reads zero. Crew stuff and passenger related items I’m up for but leaning forward operationally isn’t happening.

This is like showing up to discuss an issue with a Base Chief Pilot and they send the janitor out to talk to you. I'd feel disrespected. You probably should too.

Well the current infighting and poo slinging on C&R certainly won't help. Neither will drama from certain domiciles...or people not following simple union directives or refusing to get engaged on anything.

The fact that the RLA is so favorable to mgmt just makes Glass look a lot more talented than he is.
